The grieving process at the loss of such an inspirational figure and most importantly, a friend, left Asa listening to old DiY mixes for comfort in times which were hard to comprehend such loss. Feeling heavily inspired by what he was hearing, keeping the spirit of Woosh alive was unshakeable. Armed with a somewhat generous redundancy pay off, Asa set out to reinvent himself, whilst keeping in the spirit of DiY, here we have Asa showcasing a new style of acid house backed by the monumental remix of “Ound” by up-and-coming Nottingham producer, Gabe.
