Brownswood Recordings

Brownswood Recordings is the British label Gilles Peterson launched in 2006, growing out of his Brownswood Basement sessions and earlier Brownswood Records imprint. Its catalogue centres modern jazz and dancefloor ideas, with releases by Kokoroko, Yussef Kamaal and the scene-defining compilation We Out Here.
