Cuddly Toys are the glam-punk band who evolved from the London glam-shock punk band Raped, and often noted for their version of a David Bowie\/Marc Bolan unreleased co-write, Madman. Cross-dressing in an era when it was outrageous, their hot-panted Japanese drummer ‘Paddy Phield’ helped them gain fans in his home country. Not on vinyl since the original releases, this double-album version is extended with a whole side of the different Japanese album mixes, two tracks omitted from the UK version, and three 1980 demos from the same line-up.
