It wasn't long before manager and booking agent Richie Bonilla signed him to his talent agency\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eand secured a contract for Acosta to record \u003cem\u003eThe Power of Love\u003c\/em\u003e on Ghetto Records.\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe Power of Love \u003c\/em\u003ewas an apt title: The album is about a range of amorous emotions, from obsession to disillusion, new romance to breakups, lust to affection.
