Al did shows with \u003cstrong\u003eRoy Orbison\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eJefferson Starship\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eEmmylou Harris\u003c\/strong\u003e - two European tours with \u003cstrong\u003eJohn Cipollina\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eNick Gravenitis\u003c\/strong\u003e (of \u003cem\u003eQuicksilver Messenger Service\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eElectric Flag\u003c\/em\u003e, respectively) documented by the LP, \u003cem\u003eMonkey Medicine\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA third generation Austinite, Al now splits his time between Houston and the Big Bend high desert area of far West Texas.
