O’Grady died from COVID in 2020, with her work across text, image and sound unpublished during her lifetime.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWorking with her estate, Dark Entries assembled 13 recordings, including \u003cem\u003eJames Dean to the Rescue\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eTourniquet\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eToilet Kiss\u003c\/em\u003e. Two songs were recorded in Los Angeles for an unreleased 7-inch; the rest were recorded live in 1979 at The Ambush in San Francisco.
