He relocated to Ohio in the 90s, where he fell in love with sampling and began producing music of his own.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor each Doctor Bionic record, Grimez pulls in a cast of highly talented musicians from the local scene. In the studio, the group of musicians toss out ideas and improvise while Grimez runs the board. Later, he arranges the tracks and establishes a theme for a full-length record. “I’m always working on an album, but sometimes I’m not sure what the artwork or title will be,” Grimez explained.
