Sadly \u003cstrong\u003eNic\u003c\/strong\u003e's recording and performing career was tragically cut short when, returning home after a gig at Glossop Folk Festival in February 1982, he was involved in a serious traffic accident that left \u003cstrong\u003eNic\u003c\/strong\u003e in intensive care and hospitalized for some eight months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHis injuries were to such an extent that \u003cstrong\u003eNic\u003c\/strong\u003e only now performs for his own pleasure. They also looked to more commercial pop material of Altered Images 'Think That It Might' and Bow Wow Wows 'Go Wild In The Country'.
