Endless

Endless introduces the new Adam Bałdych European Quartet: Adam Bałdych on violin, Daniele di Bonaventura on bandoneon, Jacob Karlzon on piano and Michel Benita on double bass. Four outstanding musical personalities meet in a rare chamber-jazz formation, creating a sound world shaped by silence, trust and deep listening.

Recorded in the resonant space of the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice, the album feels less like a performance than a spiritual journey. Bałdych’s violin leads the music inward, lyrical, fragile and prayer-like, while bandoneon, piano and double bass respond with subtle gestures, shared breath and luminous restraint.

Rather than seeking spectacle, ‘Endless’ offers concentration, patience and beauty. Its music moves between jazz improvisation, classical clarity and contemplative stillness, asking what remains when the noise of the world falls away.
