The album features Jackson’s trusted core lineup: Graham Maby on bass (with Jackson since \u003cem\u003eLook Sharp!\u003c\/em\u003e), Teddy Kumpel on guitar, and Doug Yowell on drums (both part of the team since Fast Forward, 2015), joined by 2x Grammy winning Peruvian percussionist Paulo Stagnaro.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result, according to Jackson, falls somewhere between\u003cem\u003e Fool\u003c\/em\u003e (2019), \u003cem\u003eLaughter and Lust \u003c\/em\u003e(1991), and \u003cem\u003eNight and Day\u003c\/em\u003e (1982). Nine new songs in total – ranging from biting, witty pop to moving ballads. Living between New York and Portsmouth, Jackson calls himself “bicoastal” – geographically and musically.
