Bernie was joined by \u003cstrong\u003ePhil Spalding\u003c\/strong\u003e on bass and vocals, Saxon’s \u003cstrong\u003eNigel Glockler\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eMark Harrison\u003c\/strong\u003e on drums and Gillan’s \u003cstrong\u003eColin Towns\u003c\/strong\u003e on keyboards and flute.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing extensive touring of the UK with the \u003cem\u003eElectric Gypsies\u003c\/em\u003e, Bernie released his second solo album with the power trio featuring Everton Williams on bass and vocals and Frank Noon on drums. \u003cem\u003eElectric Gypsies\u003c\/em\u003e (CD2) was produced by Bernie Tormé and Stephen Stewart.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEver the showman, it made sense for Bernie to record a live album, and in 1984 he released the self-explanatory \u003cem\u003e[LIVE]\u003c\/em\u003e (CD3), recorded in London the previous year. Putting together a new three-piece band, Bernie was backed by \u003cstrong\u003eColin “James” Bond\u003c\/strong\u003e on bass and \u003cstrong\u003eRon Rebel\u003c\/strong\u003e on drums.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe fourth and final CD in this set is \u003cem\u003eLive In Sheffield 1983\u003c\/em\u003e (CD4).
