An accessible collection, \u003cem\u003eBundles\u003c\/em\u003e featured Holdsworth’s considerable guitar playing talents and opened a new chapter for the band, and attracted much praise upon release. By the time \u003cem\u003eSofts\u003c\/em\u003e was recorded, Allan Holdsworth had departed the group.
