This lost recording was produced by one of the pivotal figures in jazz, \u003cstrong\u003eBob Thiele\u003c\/strong\u003e, a leading behind-the-scenes star who worked with many of the greats in jazz, such as Quincy Jones, Duke Ellington, John Coltrane, Della Reese, Shirley Scott, Gil Scott-Heron, and many more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eJoining \u003cstrong\u003eHorace\u003c\/strong\u003e for this three-track, deep, heavy, avant-garde session is the same stellar cast featured on \u003cem\u003eThe Giant Is Awakened\u003c\/em\u003e; Arthur Blythe on Alto Sax, Everett Brown Jr on Drums, with David Bryant and Walter Savage Jr on Bass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eKicking things off we have \"\u003cem\u003eWorld Peace\u003c\/em\u003e\", which starts with an almost baroque-esque melody, leading to an eruption in sound, and then ends in the same manner it began.
