It was through email exchanges that developments to the tracks unfolded. Raphaelle brought in accomplished French musicians to add percussion and cello, mixes went back and forth for review, comment and addition. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDavid, as well as putting in his own parts from a distance, enlisted friends to contribute.
