Signing to Vertigo, the band recorded their self-titled debut.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn 1972, the band expanded to a quartet with drummer Allan Price for the released LP, and the band's third album, \u003cem\u003eLast Autumn's Dream\u003c\/em\u003e. In 1973, the band recorded their next album, \u003cem\u003eEclipse\u003c\/em\u003e. The studio sessions produced enough material for a double album, but Vertigo declined to issue the recordings. Several tracks appeared on Vertigo various artist samplers but \u003cem\u003eEclipse\u003c\/em\u003e, and a further album entitled \u003cem\u003eFifth Element\u003c\/em\u003e were never released.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing another series of US concerts, Jade Warrior split, with \u003cstrong\u003eJon Field\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eTony Duhig\u003c\/strong\u003e reforming the band as a duo in 1974, leaving both \u003cem\u003eEclipse\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eFifth Element\u003c\/em\u003e unreleased for many years.
