But the four sessions, in\nfull, chart the celestial map of Magnolia Electric Co.: its constellations and\nshooting stars, its Americana stompers and lean folk dirges. And, of course,\nthe center of gravity that is Jason Molina’s mournful, incomparable voice.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe session known as “Nashville Moon” was recorded by Steve Albini at\nhis Electrical Audio studios in Chicago, Illinois. The session known as\n“Sun Session” was recorded at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis,\nTennessee.
