37 Adventures

37 Adventures is an independent London-based record label and management company, established in 2013. Founded by Nick Worthington, former Head of A&R at XL Recordings and Founder of 679 Artists and 679 Recordings, the label is dedicated to finding and developing new music and artists under a flexible, artist-friendly model.

Nick Worthington has an impressive background in the industry, having signed and worked with *The Streets*, *Basement Jaxx*, *Plan B*, *DFA 1979* and *Marina & The Diamonds*, among others. He is joined at 37 Adventures by Alex Bean, Sahil Varma, and Lauren Verge.

Now working with PIAS Co-Op, both the management team and label can be found tucked away in a cosy office in the Strongrooms’ courtyard.
