Billy Nomates

Billy Nomates is a talented artist who grew up in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, UK. With a background in various bands and projects, Billy's musical journey truly began when she moved to the south coast in 2018. In September 2019, she made her debut as Billy Nomates and quickly gained support from influential figures such as Sleaford Mods and Geoff Barrow. Known for her DiY and Lo-fi approach, Billy records at home using Garage Band and Acid software, often self-releasing tracks via Bandcamp. Despite the challenges posed by the Coronavirus pandemic, Billy persevered and completed her reworked debut album at INVADA.
