Fm Belfast

FM Belfast is an Icelandic music group that formed in 2005. Originally a duo, Árni R. Hlöðversson and Lóa H. Hjálmtýsdóttir created a song as a gift for their friends during Christmas. They later transitioned into a live band in 2006 when they performed at an art opening in the Faeroe Islands. The addition of Árni Vilhjalmsson and Örvar Þ. Smárason completed the band's lineup, and they played their first full concert at the Iceland Airwaves festival in Reykjavik.

The members of FM Belfast include Árni Rúnar Hlöðversson, Árni Vilhjálmsson, Lóa Hlín Hjálmtýsdóttir, and Örvar Þóreyjarson Smárason.

With their unique blend of electronic music and energetic performances, FM Belfast has gained recognition both locally and internationally. Their infectious beats and catchy melodies have made them a favorite among fans of indie pop and electronic genres.
