Canadian record label founded by [a=Terry Jacks] in October 1973 but officially launched in January 1974. Jacks was President, Ray Pettinger was Vice-President, and Cliff Jones was Business Manager. Initial distribution was handled by [l=London Records Of Canada (1967) Ltd.] but changed on August 26, 1974 to [l=A&M Records Of Canada Limited].
