Collection: Too Pure
Too Pure was a London-based independent record label formed in 1990 by Richard Roberts and Paul Cox. The label gained prominence after the release of PJ Harvey's debut album Dry in 1992, with funding support from Ivo Watts-Russell, founder of 4AD. Too Pure later became majority owned by the Beggars Group. In April 2008, Beggars Group decided to retire the Too Pure imprint and transferred key artists to their subsidiary label, 4AD. The label operated a monthly subscription service called The Singles Club until December 2017 when it ceased operations. Today, its catalogue is part of Beggars Arkive.
