Bad Boy Entertainment is the label Sean Combs built into a defining force in US hip-hop and R&B. Founded in 1993 after a joint venture with Arista, it is closely tied to landmark releases by The Notorious B.I.G., including Ready to Die and Life After Death, and later worked through Interscope and Epic.
