Bloodbath

A death metal band from Stockholm, Sweden, formed in 1998. Bloodbath was initially a fun side-project founded by Dan Swanö, Anders Nyström, Jonas Renkse and Mikael Åkerfeldt. They started playing and writing songs influenced by the Swedish and American death metal scene of the late 1980's/early 1990's.

The current line-up consists of *Anders Nyström* on guitar since 1998, *Jonas Renkse* on bass since 1998, *Martin Axenrot* on drums since 2004, *Nick Holmes* on vocals since 2014, and *Tomas Åkvik* on guitar since 2022.
