Compass Records

Compass Records is a Nashville independent label founded by musicians Alison Brown and Garry West in the mid-1990s. Its catalogue centres on folk, roots and Americana, with artists including Colin Hay, Guy Clark, Molly Tuttle and Altan. That musician-led perspective has helped give the label a clear, durable identity.
