Hawkwind

Hawkwind formed in 1969 and quickly became a fixture of the UK free festival circuit, pairing science-fiction themes with pulsing electronics, psychedelic rock and famously theatrical live shows. Founder Dave Brock remains the constant presence. In Search of Space helped define their early space-rock identity, while contributors have included Lemmy and Michael Moorcock.
