Previously known as Infectious Records since 1993, the label is now headed up by Korda Marshall as the Managing Director and Pat Carr as the General Manager. They are supported by Connie Meade and Mike Ajayi in sales, marketing, International, and A&R.

In September 2014, BMG acquired Infectious, further solidifying their position in the industry. This partnership allows Infectious to continue growing while maintaining their independent spirit and artistic integrity.
