Kategorie: Interscope

Interscope began in 1989, founded by Ted Field and Jimmy Iovine as a US label with a sharp ear for alternative music and rap. Its early rise included a distribution deal with Atlantic and the arrival of Death Row, which brought landmark releases including The Chronic and Doggystyle. It later became part of Universal.
