Kategorie: Jamie T

Jamie T is a singer-songwriter from Wimbledon whose records have long carried a restless, conversational energy, shifting between indie rock and sharp-edged pop without losing their everyday detail. He first broke through with Panic Prevention, a debut that introduced his quick-fire writing and instinct for turning street-level observation into something catchy and unsettled at once.

Since then, albums including Kings & Queens, Carry on the Grudge and The Theory of Whatever have shown how flexible his approach can be, while still sounding unmistakably like him. There is a wiry immediacy to Jamie T's best work: hooks that land quickly, lyrics that feel lived-in, and songs that keep one foot in British indie while pulling in a broader alternative rock frame.
