Men Of North Country is an Israeli indie-soul band that was formed by chance when soul DJ Yashiv Cohen was overheard singing along with the tunes he was playing at one of his Tel Aviv Soul Club parties. Their debut album, The North, is considered one of the strongest releases from Acid Jazz Records.
