Founded in Germany in 1987 by Marcus Staiger, Nuclear Blast built its name in heavy metal, with a catalogue spanning thrash, death and other extreme strains. The label’s reach is clear in releases by In Flames, Anthrax, Dimmu Borgir, Immolation and Paradise Lost.
