Obituary

Obituary are a death metal band from Tampa, Florida, formed in 1984. First known as Xecutioner, then Executioner, they took the name Obituary just before 1989 debut Slowly We Rot. After splitting in 1997, they returned in 2005, with Cause of Death and Xecutioner’s Return among the records that mark their run.
