Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez is a US singer from Grand Prairie, Texas, whose solo work moves across pop, electropop and contemporary R&B. The records here trace a run that helped define her as a solo artist: For You, Revival, Rare and the Spanish-language Revelación.

What stands out is her ease between direct pop writing and more understated, modern production. Revival marked a clear step into a more assured solo voice, while Rare and Revelación showed how comfortably she could shift tone without losing that sense of control.
