The Orange Peels

The Orange Peels are an American indie rock band that was founded in 1994 in Sunnyvale, California. With a rich history spanning over two decades, the band has established themselves as influential figures in the indie music scene.

Consisting of Allen Clapp on vocals, guitar, piano, and synths since their inception, along with Jill Pries on bass guitar and Gabriel Coan on drums and synths joining later on, The Orange Peels have maintained a consistent line-up that has contributed to their distinctive sound.

Throughout their career, The Orange Peels have had several talented musicians join them for various periods. These include John Moremen on drums and lead guitar from 1999 to 2002 and again from 2010 to 2019; Larry Winther on drums from 1995 and lead guitar from 1995 to 2001; Oed Ronne on lead guitar from 2002 to 2009; Bob Vickers on drums, keyboards, and guitar from 1995 to 2009; and Maz Kattuah on drums in 1995.
