Kategorie: Tianyao Lyu

Tianyao Lyu is a Chinese classical pianist. The evidence here is slight, but a release titled Chopin points clearly to core piano repertoire rather than crossover framing. That makes Lyu worth approaching through touch, phrasing and interpretation: the things that separate one pianist’s reading of familiar music from another’s.
