Re-issued in Europe on Kranky for the first time is Mark Nelson's second solo album under the moniker Pan American. Originally released on Beggars Banquet in 2000, 360 Business / 360 Bypass expands the rhythmic intricacies of the debut and adds melodic input from guests Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker (Low), cornetist Rob Mazurek (Chicago Underground / Isotope 217), and the mixing expertise of Casey Rice (Designer / Super E.S.P. / Tortoise engineer).

The subtle coalescence of melody, rhythm, and ambience flows at its own unhurried pace, hinting at dub, minimalist techno, and jazz.
