A Song For Tomorrow

The superb new album by the legendary Pallas, A Song For Tomorrow arrives after a year in the making. It unmistakably follows the path of previous Pallas records, while introducing some key differences that give it a fresh shape.

All four members of Pallas share the spotlight here, with each taking turns on lead and backing vocals. The focus on layered harmonies connects the album to some of the band’s earlier recordings, adding another dimension to its sound.

On the surface, the lyrics touch on Biblical events, politics, technology and conflict. Look closer and these songs are about people: relationships, emotion, vulnerability, self-destruction, recovery, major life changes, and the gap between our inner selves and what we show the world.

A Song For Tomorrow may feel like a legacy piece, but these are very much songs for today.
