Acid Jazz Revenge

Back with their first album in around 27 years, Galliano follow Halfway Somewhere with Acid Jazz Revenge, a refreshed and expanded edition of the sold-out Bandcamp LP Unreliable Memories of Contested Conversations, now featuring three brand-new tracks.

The title feels well earned. Acid Jazz Revenge is a sharp, confident return from one of the style’s original innovators, full of sophisticated grooves, soulful rhythms, jazz-inflected arrangements and the attitude that made acid jazz hit so hard in the first place.

It also includes a newly recorded version of Jus Reach, first released as a 12-inch single on Talkin' Loud in the 1990s, reworked with a contemporary sense of style and groove. The Japanese edition adds three previously unreleased tracks exclusively, making it a strong one for collectors and longtime fans.
