Thought-provoking and introspective, Marlaena has been crafting her brand of gorgeous indie for over a decade. Featuring production and performances from Scott Munro (formerly of Lab Coast and Family Band) and Michael Wallace (formerly of Women, Friendo and Azeda Booth) (both of Preoccupations), we invite you to take in this record as a gift to warm your soul and open your heart.

Because You Love Everything is an introspective journey that pushes the boundaries of her musical expression. Originally titled I Don’t Really Know What I’m Doing Anymore, the album was written and recorded during the pandemic in the basement of co-producer Scott “Monty” Munro's parents' home. The title reflects the uncertainty Moore has felt throughout her career—marked by stops and starts—as she navigates the ever-changing landscape of the music industry.
