Chalk from Belfast unleash a new EP on Nice Swan and it's super exciting and energetic. 'The Gate' is a dirty and gritty post punk gem that just builds and builds into a wall of noise whilst lead track 'Claw' is built on loops, electronics and a pulsating bottom end with brooding vocals and an atmosphere of anxiety like Underworld in their prime. This would have been a perfect release on either 99 Records or DFA. Immense.
