Dead Creature (Original Soundtrack)

Hardy Fox, primary composer of The Residents, built a remarkable body of work under many names, including Combo De Mechanio, Sonidas De La Noche, Dead Eye Dick, Charles Bobuck and Black Tar And The Cry Babies.

After health issues ended touring, Hardy Fox left The Residents to focus on solo music. Following several releases as Charles Bobuck, later simply Bobuck, he eventually recorded under his own name. His self-titled debut was a set of minimal love songs, while Nachtzug reflected his final days on the road.

Rilla Contemplates Love followed, a concept album centred on the thoughts and feelings of a gorilla. Days before his untimely passing, Hardy Fox sent over Dead Creature, his final full album. Essential for fans of The Residents and Hardy Fox, with artwork created by Hardy for the CD.
