Die Anstalt

Die Anstalt is a Berlin-based post-punk + minimal synth trio that emerged in 2023, quickly gaining recognition for their intense fusion of early EBM, synth-punk, and classic post-punk elements. Their sound is driven by pounding electronic rhythms, jagged guitars, and stark, commanding vocals, channelling the grit and tension of 1980s Industrial subcultures with a sharp, contemporary edge. Known for their theatrical, high-energy live performances, the band delivers a hypnotic and confrontational experience that blurs the line between punk ferocity and electronic precision. With a strong visual identity and a no-compromise approach to sound, Die Anstalt has quickly become a standout act of Berlin's underground scene.
