Disassociating On The Travelator

Long-time collaborators Winter McQuinn (Sunfruits, Beefheart & McQuinn, jade imagine) and Acacia Pip (PINCH POINTS, Slush) return with Disassociating On The Travelator, a beautifully understated second EP from one of Melbourne/Naarm’s most compelling songwriting partnerships.

Released by Australia’s Third Eye Stimuli Records, the vinyl edition pairs it with their 2024 debut Recently I’ve Been Missing The Colour Green as a special double EP, bringing both releases to vinyl for the first time.

Recorded live at Bakehouse Studios with songwriter-producer Liam “Snowy” Halliwell, these four songs widen the duo’s warm indie folk, jangling guitar pop and folk-emo sound. Featuring lead single Exactly The Same, it’s a thoughtful set on change, time, self-doubt and everyday happiness.
