Discatron

Higher Intelligence Agency was founded in 1992 by Bobby Bird during the heady days of Birmingham's legendary Oscillate nights, where he improvised & performed live, developing HIA's signature sound, as well being a resident selector. The first HIA album the ambient dub classic Colourform was released on Beyond Records in 1993 followed by a second album, Freeloater, collaboborative albums with Biosphere (Polar Sequences/Birmingham Frequenceis) and Pete Namlook (S.H.A.D.O 1 & 2) & Deep Space Network (DSN meets HIA) & in 2020 released the album Preform, a collection of tracks from the dawn of HIA

Discatron is the new E.P by Higher Intelligence Agency, a 4 track 12" vinyl release with a bonus track included with the 24bit digi download (download code included with the vinyl) mastered & cut by Stefan Betke (Pole)
