Buzzing across the airwaves throughout 2019 with the release of singles 'What If' and 'Headstrong', The Manatees have gained support from key tastemakers including: Radio 1's Huw Stephens, Radio X's John Kennedy and 6 Music's Steve Lamacq and Chris Hawkins. Hawkins labeled the band as "...new guitar heroes" whilst referring to 'Headstrong' as a "summer anthem".
