Duets by Duets

Duets by Duets is the first release by musician and composer Megan Alice Clune and artist and writer Rachel Schenberg, who explore the duet in several forms through a series of collaborations.

Together they visit the Agora in Athens and find a pair of objects, one in the shadow of another of the same form. Learning that the objects are a kind of hydraulic timekeeper, they consider their sound and the possible structures of one thing moving into another. In fragmented patterns of everyday speech, “Then” attempts its narrative and “Here” attempts its form.
