Gnat

Gnat is a delve into new sounds for Wax Head. It pushes out faster, more fervent movement across each instrumental line and vocal melody; and seems specifically crafted to their live audience's demand for frenetic dance. The LP throws out elements of noise punk, kraut and psych, with each song dragging its audience into a mire of hypnotic rhythm. Written and recorded in between touring the European club and festival circuit, there are plenty of continental influences to be found across the record. Kraut inspired vocals and bass, garage rock melodies, distorted noise and fuzz all expertly fused.
