Hana Korea: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

This soundtrack album by Jonas Bjerre is his first new music since leaving Mew.

Hana Korea is a new Korean-Danish film about the challenges a North Korean girl faces after defecting to South Korea.

The beautiful, atmospheric score features Hike To The Sun, a vocal track that will be released as a digital single ahead of the full album. It features vocals by Yeohee Kim, better known under her pseudonym machìna. Hike To The Sun has a breezy, sentimental feel, while the album features rich electronic soundscapes flowing from Jonas' love of modular and analogue synths, and was mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road.
