Rolo Tomassi’s sound is such that probably operate in that area of music which comes with a multitude of descriptors - progressive/experimental/post-hardcore/math-core/call-it-what-you-will. Regardless, we decided to combine two of their releases for a very limited mind-blowing set. It seemed fitting for a band that provided a totally different sound for Hassle to explore. Complex playing and time signatures courtesy of all members, topped off by Eva Spence’s fearsome vocal provide a unique and challenging listening experience, which we love and embrace.
