1980's glamfolkrock survivors, One the Juggler release a new album Imperial Way on limited purple vinyl for Record Store Day.

When One the Juggler first hit London in 1982, they were unlike any band on the scene. Their genuine rock swagger had nothing to do with the Synthpop brigade, the New Romantic movement, angular Post-Funk or whatever else was happening in the charts. These musical scallywags had been inspired by the attitude of Punk but the band’s unique sound was drenched in the Rock and Glam influences they grew up on.

The band soon created a buzz with their unique sound and exciting live shows, and supported the likes of Elvis Costello, Eurythmics and Big Country, as well as appearing at the Reading Festival, and numerous sold out shows at the legendary Marquee Club, in Wardour Street, Soho.

They released the critically acclaimed first album Nearly a Sin (Regard Records), quickly followed by Some Strange Fashion (produced by Mick Ronson).

After a 'short' hiatus (of 25 years!) the band reunited in 2009 and realising that the creative juices were still flowing, have subsequently recorded and released the albums Ocean Man and Memoir Days both on Real Vision Records.
