Just because this is The Jazz Issue doesn’t mean we don’t have an issue with jazz. Off Licence Magazine Issue Sixteen is not the chin-scratching issue — it’s the finger-clicking, barrier-breaking one.We take on jazz as a word, a sound, and a spirit — less about counting notes, more about movement, improvisation and community.
